50cl / 50.00% - A whisky from way out west - Wales, to be exact. This is the first batch of Penderyn single malt whisky to be independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company, and it was matured for 6 years before the Boutique-y bunch got their mitts on it. The label features a technical drawing of the incredibly cool still found at the distillery, which was designed by Dr. David Faraday, a relative of legendary inventor Michael Faraday. If you look closely, you'll also see a little nod to Dr. Jim Swan, one of Penderyn's founders who had plenty of involvement in developing the distillery's house style...That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
