Penderyn Faraday Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 46.00% - From the Penderyn Distillery comes Faraday, a Welsh single malt initially released for the travel retail market. The whisky is named after the distillery's Faraday still, designed by (and obviously named after) Dr David Faraday, and aged in bourbon casks. Before bottling, the whisky is finished in ruby Port casks, giving it a somewhat fruitier flavour profile.
