Ardmore 9 Year Old 2009 (casks 706252 & 706254) - Un-Chillfiltered Col Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 46.00% - Single malt from Ardmore, independently bottled by those ever-fabulous Signatory folks. This one was distilled in October 2009 and matured in a pair of bourbon barrels that previous held Islay whisky. This imparts just a smidgen of coastal smoke to the spirit. It was bottled at 9 years old in March 2019 as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
