Plantation Peru 2006 (43.1%) Dark Rum
70cl / 43.10% - A particularly pleasing bottling of Peruvian rum from Plantation. This one was distilled in 2006 and aged in tropical climate for 11 years before it was transferred to France for a further two years of ageing in Ferrand casks. Eventually, it was bottled at 43.1% ABV, complete with the classic Plantation twine-wrapped bottle.
