Luckily, she got all the care that was needed, and to say thank you to and raise awareness, proceeds from each bottle sold go to Jos Cervical Cancer Trust, the UKs leading cervical cancer charity. In the gin itself, you'll find rosemary and lemon thyme from the Brindle Distillery farm, alongside Nocellara and Cuquillo olives, and grapefruit. A well rounded gin with a great balance of sweet, savoury and citrus notes.
