Langatun 5 Year Old 2014 - Cigar Malt Single Malt Whisky
50cl / 45.60% - It's the very first batch of Langatun Cigar Malt. Fear not, there's no cigars in this Swiss whisky, rather the malt was designed to be drunk alongside a cigar, though not exclusively. To achieve this, Langatun blended together two barrels of whisky, a Chardonnay white wine barrel a Fino sherry barrel. The five year old was bottled at 45.6% ABV, and the idea was to bring enough strength and aroma brings to compliment a cigar without stealing the show. Mind you, even without a cigar, this is still a very unique and tasty whisky.
