70cl / 40.00% - This spirit from Spanish Oak is build around a brandy that was made with Pedro Ximenez and aged in a solera system in American oak sherry barrels. So far, so normal. However, before being bottled, it's filtered through dried orange peels. This makes for a zesty flavour profile alongside the sweetness of the grapes.
