Now, That Boutique-y Whisky Company has a new parcel of liquid to bottle especially for its 10th birthday celebrations, one that was made peated malt (imported from Scotland, of course) before being matured in an ex-bourbon cask. It's presented cask strength, a mighty 52% ABV, and with its flavour profile could be forgiven for thinking this was coastal Islay whisky.Batch 2 is a release of 231 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains, and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
