To start, botanicals like juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom are vapour infused in a pot still. Next, cucumber, citrus and honeysuckle are vacuum distilled at room temperature individually to keep their fresh and vibrant flavour profile, then blended with the rest of the spirit.
