Scallywag 12 Year Old Blended Malt Whisky
70cl / 53.60% - It's a 12 year old limited edition expression of Douglas Laing's Scallywag blended malt, marrying Speyside single malts which have been matured exclusively in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. After the whisky was sufficiently sherried, the casks yielded 6,000 bottles at a cask strength of 53.6% ABV, bottled without colouring or chillfiltering, complete with the familiar friendly fox terrier on the label sporting a monocle.
