70cl / 42.00% - An exciting limited edition expression from the Piston distillery, Douglas Fir Gin was created in a collaboration with Harborne Kitchen in Birmingham. The recipe was inspired by restaurant owner and chef Jamie Desogus, and infuses Piston Dry Gin with Douglas Fir. The result is a fresh, foresty and somewhat wintery spirit, that does well with a slice of pink grapefruit on the side.
