50cl / 38.10% - The ever-wonderful Ableforth's is back with a rather indulgent offering - Dark Chocolate VSOP. The warming tipple is made by infusing VSOP Cognac with Criollo cocoa nibs, and this chocolatey spirit is then blended with more VSOP and XO Cognac. The final blend is given just a touch of sweetness before it's bottled, balancing the darker notes of the cocoa. A brilliant sipper for the colder evenings.
