The gin was originally created in order to kickstart the process of building a distillery, which the folks at the now-established Cumbria Distilling Co could consider a smashing success. Carlisle Dry Gin is a traditional juniper forward gin using only five botanicals, blended with fresh spring water from the Eden Valley before it is bottled at 40% ABV.
