70cl / 51.50% - Lovely Linkwood single malt, distilled in 1997 and bottled in February 2019 by Douglas Laing as part of the Old Particular range. The single malt was matured in a single refill hogshead which, when it was cracked open after 21 years, yielding 128 bottles at 51.5% ABV. A well balanced whisky, full of fruit and spice.
