This London dry gin is inspired by a love of Poland and the Mediterranean, blending classic botanicals alongside basil, rosemary and thyme with gorse and elderflower from Sion's home farm in Wales. The gin is then cut with Welsh spring water for a clean, herbal and citrusy tipple.
