70cl / 40.00% - Another interestingly-aged Cachaca from Avua, this time allowed to rest for up to 2 years in casks made from Balsamo. It's a type of hardwood native to south and central America with a fine grain. You could probably make some sort of furniture out of it, but we reckon casks for Cachaca are a fantastic use for this wood.
