50cl / 50.00% - From Japan's White Oak distillery comes this 6 year old Akashi single malt. The whisky was initially aged for 5 years in Cognac casks, before being transferred to a first-fill red wine barrel for a final ten months. A fabulous after dinner whisky, which really shines alongside a square or two of dark chocolate.
