This one was bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company, and features a label hints towards the days when Glentauchers experimented with silent malt - malt whisky distilled in column stills. Safe to say, this trend did not catch on and Glentauchers continued to make tasty whisky with traditional pot stills.Batch 8 is a release of 803 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
