70cl / 48.30% - This is an independently bottled single malt, single cask whisky from the fantastic Highland Park distillery. It was distilled in Orkney in September 1996 before it was matured for 21 years in a single refill hogshead until the cask was cracked open and drained in June 2018 by Douglas Laing for its Xtra Old Particular range. Only 271 were bottles produced.
