70cl / 43.20% - A show-stopper of a single grain from the closed Carsebridge Distillery here, which was bottled for the 2018 edition of Diageo's Special Releases. It's actually the only single grain whisky to feature - what a choice it was - as well as being the oldest whisky from this year's range. It was matured in refill American-oak hogsheads for 48 years in total before it was bottled a cask strength 43.2%.
