Uncle Duke's Single Grain Grain Whisky
70cl / 40.00% - Inspired by the writings of American author Hunter S. Thompson, his love of Bourbon and Americana, this whisky brand was created by brewer BrewDog. It the first Scotch whisky that the Scottish producers, better known for its extensive line of beers, have released. Uncle Dukes was aged in heavily charred, brand new virgin American oak. Despite it being a single grain Scotch whisky, there is intended to be huge bourbon influences and a definite Kentucky personality in this self-proclaimed trans-Atlantic bastardisation.While the distillery behind this whisky is undisclosed, we do know that it didn't come from BrewDog's Lone Wolf distillery in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, opened in 2016.
