Hierbas de las Dunas Liqueurs
50cl / 28.00% - A hugely herbaceous liqueur from The Netherlands, created by Syrco Bakker (head chef at the Cdzand-based restaurant, Pure C). The recipe is based around 18 specially selected ingredients from the North Sea dunes, including rosehip, elderflower, sea fennel, wild rocket and sea buckthorns. While many liqueurs will be made with dried botanicals, Hierbas de las Dunas is interestingly made exclusively using fresh ingredients, helping to delivery a powerfully intense flavour profile.
