70cl / 45.00% - This is a 7 year old grappa which was produced by Nardini, one of the oldest distilleries in Italy as part of the Selezione Bortolo Nardini range (named for their founder, Bortolo Nardini). After the pomace of Merlot, Cabernet and Pinot Grigio grapes are distilled, the resulting spirit is allowed to age in barrels made with oak from Slavonia for 7 years, before being bottled at 45% ABV.
