The countrys home-distilled malts continue to flourish, with Brauerei Locher just one distillery at the forefront of the charge. Its Santis Malt collection is picking up all kinds of awards, and has won a number fans here at MoM Towers, too.This release, Edition Sigel, makes use of small oak beer casks in production if hoppy, cereal-led drams are your thing, you know what to do. (And the Santis Malt team know what they're doing when it comes to beer. The Appenzell site was founded as a brewery in the 18th century.)
