Miracle Mile Barrel-Aged Forbidden Bitters
12cl / 45.00% - Those Miracle Mile chaps out in LA have gone and barrel-aged their Forbidden Bitters. (Quick catch-up: Their Forbidden bitters are made with zedoary, angelica root, galangal, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon and clove in the style of 19th century aromatic bitters, and they're marvellous.) They've allowed a batch of Forbidden Bitter to age for six months in a barrel which previously held Sonoma County Rye before bottling them up.Fun fact: The barrel used for these bitters has gone on to age beer. We look forward to hearing the continuing tales of this prolific cask.
