Reservoir Rye Whiskey
70cl / 50.00% - Rye is a notoriously difficult grain to distil with, but the trouble is certainly worth it. Reservoir are well-accustomed to that trouble, as their own Reservoir Rye is made with a simple mashbill of 100% rye. They use small casks to mature their spirits, with proffer a greater surface area to distillate ratio. This is spicy, complex and exciting stuff.
