It's made with grapes that are frozen on the vine and then pressed whilst still frozen - this leaves the water behind as ice whilst a rich, sweet juice is collected to produce this awesome decadent dessert wine.Here That Boutique-y Gin Company have combined icewine with a quality pot still gin made with botanicals such as juniper, lemon and lime peels, and liquorice. Like any great Old Tom, it still works a mean Tom Collins too.Batch 1 is a release of 275 bottles.
