Caol Ila 6 Year Old 2010 - Single Cask (Master of Malt) Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 60.80% - We added this single malt from Caol Ila to our very own Single Cask Series. This was distilled on the Isle of Islay in August 2010 and left to age in a refill sherry hogshead for six years, before we bottled it up in April 2017. As ever, we bottled it at cask strength, without chill-filtration or additional colourings, so you can taste the whisky as if you crept into the distillery and swiped a dram for yourself. Don't do that, by the way. It's considered poor form.
