Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin - Bartender Series 43.8% Gin
70cl / 43.80% - The first release from Four Pillars' Bartender Series is the Spiced Negroni Gin. This was developed with Jason from Sydney's The Rook Bar and Four Pillars distiller Cameron, with the intent on making a gin perfect for use in a Negroni cocktail - an honourable endeavour. To do this, they boosted the amount Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon used, and added Grains of Paradise, organic blood orange and ginger to the recipe.
