70cl / 52.60% - Single cask single malt from the excellent Glenrothes distillery in Speyside, independently bottled by our fair hands for our very own Single Cask Series. This 25-year-old whisky was distilled in March 1991 (a few years after they added two more stills to their already sizeable collection of eight.) and matured in a bourbon hogshead until August 2016.
