Caermory 21 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 48.20% - Caermory single malt is the result of a Business Expansion Scheme (BES), the short-lived precursor to Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS). Distilled at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull in 1992 and matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, the remaining malt was subsequently purchased by a group of private individuals including Derek Hewson. This 21 year old comes from a single cask (#238), and a 25 year old release is also planned.
