Inverroche Amber Gin
70cl / 43.00% - Made in the same way as Inverroche's Verdant Gin, except this time the Fynbos botanicals from the Cape Floral Kingdom used are from coastal areas as opposed to the mountainous region. These South African botanicals are used during distillation (using the vapour infusion method) and a subsequent infusion with the coastal botanicals providing a much darker hue as well as a different flavour profile.
