70cl / 40.00% - The steps which go to making Master's Selection London Dry Gin are rather interesting - it begins with a re-disillation of grain spirit with juniper, cardamom and coriander. This is then combined with three different macerations - Seville lemon, bitter Seville orange and sweet Valencia orange. These macerations are rested for a year before they are combined and distilled, and then blended with the first distillate. Quite a process indeed.
