However, this one has a little something extra at the core of its flavour profile - freshly-harvested quince, grown right next to the distillery. Presented as a regional homage to the British Sloe Gin, Ferdinand's Saar Quince ought to be amazing in summer cocktails or mixing with tonic and plenty of ice.
