Dumbarton 50 Year Old 1964 (cask 11592) - The Sovereign (Hunter Laing) Grain Whisky
70cl / 49.10% - 50 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the Dumbarton distillery, which was sadly mothballed in 2002. It was distilled all the way back in December 1964, matured in a single refill hogshead until May 2015. It was bottled at 49.1% ABV with an outturn of 162 bottles. Not often you get to see a 50 year old single grain, and with such a high ABV too...
