70cl / 57.70% - The Sovereign range from Hunter Laing presents some wonderfully well-aged single grain whiskies - just like this one right here. This is a 40 year old single grain from the closed Cambus distillery, matured in a single refill hogshead. It was distilled in February 1975 and bottled in February 2015, long after the Cambus stills went silent. Just 114 bottles were produced.
