50cl / 63.60% - The coffee beans used for this release were roasted, brewed and cold-distilled in a very short space of time to lock all those compounds that make the freshly-ground coffee completely awesome.Dried using 100% honey process on African beds, the Finca La Casa Caturra coffee (produced by just 4 or 5 farm workers) has lent its markedly spicy notes to the distillate. Fascinating to compare to others in the range.
