70cl / 41.50% - Gammel Opland aquavit spends two years ageing in oak barrels before it's bottled, which imparts a sweet, creamy vanilla touch to the overall flavour profile, which is rich with caraway. The recipe is based upon one used by Oplandske Spritfabrik, which was founded in 1872.
