This is a 9-year-old sauce aroma Baijiu from Kweichow Maotaizhen, made with sorghum and wheat and fermented for a year before it undergoes final distillation with solid state fermentation using Qu, a starter made from cultivated bacteria & fungi. It is matured for nine years in terracotta pots.
