3cl / 40.00% - There's a reason why people call the St. George Spirits founder Jorg Rupf "the patron saint of American eau-de-vie". When he founded the craft distillery in 1982, he made eaux-de-vie using the delicious fruits growing in Californian orchards, including a Pear Brandy. This was during a time when very few Americans knew what eau-de-vie was, but Jorg started something big - the American craft distilling movement, something that almost everyone in the USA knows about. Over 30 years later and delicious Pear Brandy is still being made by St. George Spirits using organic Bartlett pears. It has an incredible aroma of perfectly ripe pears, vibrant and fruity. Absolutely top stuff.
