It was matured in two Sherry casks which have imparted some stunningly delicious notes of coffee, peach and treacle. This is a commemorative bottling from Douglas Laing, celebrating their 1,000th bottling. Big cheers to the Douglas Laing team, and here's to another 1,000 bottlings.
