Glenury Royal 1984 (bottled 2012) (RO/12/05) - Rare Old (Gordon & MacP Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 46.00% - You'd not be blamed for not knowing about Glenury Royal whisky, as the distillery was closed in 1985 and releases of their whisky are rather scarce. However, Gordon & MacPhail got their hands on a refill Sherry butt of Glenury Royal single malt and bottled it up, as part of their Rare Old range, hooray. This was distilled in 1984, just a year before the distillery was mothballed, and bottled in 2012 with an outturn of 430 bottles.
