Distilled from pure sugar cane juice, this rum spent three years maturing in Clement's cellars, alternating between toasted bourbon and new American oak barrels. Its makers recommend enjoying this in a TiVieux (aka Ti Punch) pour a measure over a muddled wedge of lime, add a dash of cane syrup, and voila, you'll be instantly transported to the lucious land of Martinique.
