70cl / 48.40% - Cara Laing celebrated 20 years as the managing director of family-owned independent whisky bottler, Douglas Laing, in 2026 and personally selected a series of casks to be bottled to mark the occasion. This single malt from Glentauchers was distilled in 2007 and spent the next 15 years maturing in a refill butt, developing a distinct and memorable profile, packed with meaty malt, zingy spice, and chocolate. A release of 765 bottles.
