Spey 12 Year Old Brume Doree Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 57.60% - This Speyside single malt underwent a 120-hour fermentation and slow distillation, before being matured for 12 years and finished in bespoke 400-litre French virgin oak casks from Tonnellerie Quintessence. These casks use a mist toasting technique designed to gently open the wood and dial up complexity without overdoing it. Spey Brume Doree was bottled at a cask strength of 57.6% ABV.
