70cl / 40.00% - Bushmills 12 Year Old marks the next chapter for its core range, replacing the 10 Year Old as the distillerys new entry-point single malt in the UK. Triple distilled, it spends its maturation in a combination of bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry butts before a finishing spell in Marsala wine casks from Sicily. This richer, rounder style layers dried fruit and gentle spice over Bushmills signature fruit-forward spirit. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is polished, accessible, and very moreish.
