70cl / 52.60% - We're big fans of barrel-aged spirits, and don't see why gin doesn't get treated to a luxury cask stay more often. The medley of botanicals, oak, and the cask's former contents come together to form something rather exciting indeed. In this case, we have a gin distilled in 2017 and matured in teeny little oloroso sherry octaves until it was bottled in 2025. Seven years in cask have concentrated the spirit's layers of oily, piney juniper and bitter citrus, bringing rich notes of sultanas, chocolate, and woody spice.
