70cl / 50.00% - Battersea's Doghouse distillery took inspiration from classic American corn whiskey when making Debt Collector. Made from a mash bill of corn, barley, and rye, it's fermented with a Kentucky bourbon yeast and matured for three years in American oak before bottling at a satisfying 50% ABV. Sip it neat, serve up a hard lemonade, stir it in an Old Fashioned, or bring on the Picklebacks.
