Wildjac Apple & Elderberry Flavoured Gin
70cl / 37.50% - Wildjac is a homegrown distillery that forages ingredients from the Wyre Forest in Worcestershire to make its range of all-natural botanical spirits. Its Apple and Elderberry Gin is a fruit forward expression made using botanicals of angelica, orange, raspberries, and Shropshire prune damsons. Like all of Wildjacs spirits, its batch distilled in Prudence, a copper pot still named after the famous Severn Trow a cargo boat that sailed botanicals and spices to the port of Bewdley in the early 19th Century.
