Milk & Honey Apex - Pomegranate Wine Cask Finish Single Malt Whiskie
70cl / 57.20% - A wonderfully fruit-forward single malt whisky from Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery and its Apex series. This expression was initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, but before being bottled, it was treated to a six month stay in pomegranate wine casks. As you might expect, some of the familiar tangy, sweet, juicy notes of pomegranates have made their way into the whisky, making for a fascinating expression.
